If you have lost your authentication device or are unable to retrieve the verification code required to complete the authentication, you can reset the second authentication factor to access ADAudit Plus.
Note: The authentication factor can only be reset for the default administrator account.
To reset the authentication factor:
- Navigate to the <product_installation_path>\bin folder.
- Find and run the resetAdminTFAEnrollment.bat file.
- You can now log in to ADAudit Plus and reenroll for the second authentication factor by repeating the steps to configure the authentication mode(s).
